By using PhysioFlow you agree to these terms. PhysioFlow provides clinic-management software on a subscription/trial basis.
Accounts & trial
A new clinic gets a time-limited free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active subscription. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only for managing your own clinic and patients. Do not attempt to access other clinics’ data, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.
Data & privacy
Your handling of patient data is governed by our Privacy Policy. The clinic remains the controller of its patients’ data.
Liability & changes
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PhysioFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
